This means universities are responsible for submitting the IT access forms and practice educators should no longer do so. For students who need <strong>read-only access<\/strong> to Trak, they must complete the relevant Turas module and provide evidence of completion before application is made via the university. <a href=\"http:\/\/staff.nhslothian.scot\/ahp\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/19\/2025\/01\/2025_01-V1-Lothian-TRAK-Introduction-all-students.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Full information can be found in this document<\/a>.
