{"id":440,"date":"2025-01-29T09:58:48","date_gmt":"2025-01-29T09:58:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/staff.nhslothian.scot\/cet\/facilitation-o-learning\/"},"modified":"2025-08-11T14:56:58","modified_gmt":"2025-08-11T13:56:58","slug":"facilitation-of-learning","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/staff.nhslothian.scot\/cet\/facilitation-of-learning\/","title":{"rendered":"Facilitation of learning"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Workshops<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The NHS Education for Scotland (NES) Facilitation of Learning programme is a blend of self-directed and facilitated learning consisting of two parts:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Completion of Units 1 &#8211; 4 of the NES Facilitation<br>of Learning programme accessed via TURAS Learn<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Interactive workshops in-person<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The programme introduces learning theories and education principles that should be considered when supporting adult<br>learning and development.
