The session will offer participants the opportunity to consider and reflect on areas for improvement in order to enhance their leadership and team&nbsp;working skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Medicines Matter<\/strong>&nbsp;\ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This 2.5 hour online workshop is available for&nbsp;<strong>ALL<\/strong>&nbsp;NMC registered nurses and midwives, at any stage of their career. &nbsp;&nbsp;This session covers the governance around medications and can be accessed for CPD\/Refresher session or by NQRN\/M.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Restorative&nbsp;Supervision:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;Following discussion with line manager each Newly Qualified NMC Registrant&nbsp;can book a series of 4 x&nbsp;2 hour group Restorative Clinical Supervision sessions.&nbsp; These will be available virtually or face-to-face on some clinical sites.&nbsp; You can access any cohort that suits you, you do not have to work on the site the sessions are delivered.&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;(Newly qualified midwives will be offered clinical supervision linked to the series of study days delivered jointly by our Midwifery PEF\u2019s and midwifery educators in CET and clinical practice)&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Flying Start<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This will consist of 3 workshops which can be booked on eESS. Each workshop lasts 45 mins.
