the&nbsp;<strong>Lothian PSQ<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The questionnaire is based on the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/caremeasure.stir.ac.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">CARE questionnaire<\/a>, which has been developed and rigorously tested by GPs, and used by thousands of clinicians in the UK.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Lothian PSQ:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Is free for all NHS Lothian doctors&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Is confidential to each doctor&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enables the use of SMS or QR Codes to send the survey to patients (paper option available)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Can be used by the doctor from a laptop, desktop, tablet or even mobile phone&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Avoids the need for admin or outside input<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Offers &#8220;green&#8221;
