Step 1<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Discuss Practice Supervisor\/ Assessor preparation with your line manager and download\/ print Practice Supervisor and Practice Assessor Self-Assessment and Confirmation<\/strong><\/a>. ( This document is used for both Practice Supervisor and Assessor preparation)<\/p>\n\n\n\n Step 2<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Complete the reflective self assessment for the practice supervisor\/Assessor role(s), this can be found within Practice Supervisor and Practice Assessor Self-Assessment and Confirmation document. This will help you to identify areas for development<\/p>\n\n\n\n Access all the relevant identified learning resources from the Pick and Mix Learning Resources for Practice Supervisor and Practice Assessor Roles. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n These have been included below in a table for your ease. Once you have completed the required learning<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Step 3<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Sign the relevant self declaration form this can be found in your Practice Supervisor and Practice Assessor Self-Assessment and Confirmation <\/strong>document<\/p>\n\n\n\n Discuss with your line manager that you have completed the relevant preparation, this should then be recorded on e- roster<\/strong> as skill.
