Step 1<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Discuss Practice Supervisor\/ Assessor preparation\u00a0with your line manager and download\/ print\u00a0\u00a0Practice Supervisor and Practice Assessor Self-Assessment and Confirmation<\/strong><\/a>. ( This document is used for both Practice Supervisor and Assessor preparation)<\/p>\n\n\n\n Step 2<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Complete the reflective self assessment for the\u00a0practice supervisor\/Assessor role(s),\u00a0this can be found within Practice Supervisor and Practice Assessor Self-Assessment and Confirmation document.\u00a0This will help you to identify areas for development<\/p>\n\n\n\n Access all the relevant identified\u00a0\u00a0learning resources from the Pick and Mix Learning Resources for Practice Supervisor and Practice Assessor Roles.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n These have been included below in a table for your ease. Once you have completed the required learning<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Step 3<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Sign the relevant\u00a0self declaration form this can be found in your\u00a0Practice Supervisor and Practice Assessor Self-Assessment and Confirmation <\/strong>document<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u00a0Discuss with\u00a0your line manager that you have\u00a0completed the relevant preparation, this should then be recorded on\u00a0e- roster<\/strong> as skill.
