The course enables staff who are currently employed as a Healthcare Support Worker to undertake the 4 year Open University Pre – Registration Nursing Programme.
The Open University Futures Nurse programmes prepare students for entry to the NMC register as Adult, Learning Disability or Mental Health Nurses.

Nursing Open University in Scotland
There are minimum entry requirements for the course including: a permanent contract with a minimum of 26 hours per week and qualification entry requirements for the Open University.
