Mental health problems

Mental health problems affect people’s mood, thinking and behaviour. People use different terms, including mental health conditions, issues or illness to describe their experiences.

Some examples of mental health problems include anxiety, phobias, OCD, depression, eating problems, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, self-harm, psychosis and suicidal feelings.

MIND’s video talks about people’s experiences of mental health.
