Staff Training

All staff are encouraged to take time out to learn and reflect on ways they can make NHS Lothian a better place for the people who work here and the people who use our services.

The Equality and Human Rights Team deliver small group sessions to help you learn and reflect on the root causes of discrimination and inequalities and identify actions you and your team can take to make a difference.

You can book your place on any of the Equality & Human Rights Team education sessions below using NHS Lothian electronic Employee Support System (eESS) https://eess.mhs.scot.nhs.uk/ .
