We are a team of 7 NHS Lothian staff from different professional backgrounds employed to enhance effectiveness of teams and individuals, looking to enable collective and compassionate leadership to best support colleagues with their priorities for all NHS Lothian and H&SCP staff.
What For?
For support with individual, team or service development and challenging work-based situations, eg. new management or leadership role, change management, team development, team dynamics, leadership development, values into action, staff engagement.

Occupational Health Clinical Services
We are a team of specialist occupational health doctors and nurses for all NHS Lothian staff, including GP’s and their practise staff, with any medical condition.
What For?
Prevention of work-related ill-health . Assessment of fitness for work and work- related problems. Management and advice on the interaction between health and work , from recruitment to retirement.
A confidential assessment will lead to an advisory report being provided to the manager and employee. An opinion on fitness for work will be offered , and there may be recommendations to adjust hours, duties, or place of work for the manager to consider.

Whenever health and work interactions are causing concern. To support managers and employees where policy suggests OH involvement .
Vocational Rehabilitation Service
We are a team of specialist Occupational Therapists offering employee work rehabilitation for all NHS Lothian staff and employees of West Lothian HSCP with any health condition or life issues having a functional impact.
What For?
Occupational Therapy assessment & rehabilitation to assist employees to better manage their health and work needs through a managed process of advice, supported self-management, coaching and work focused therapies (vocational rehabilitation).
Work place and transferable skills assessments can be undertaken for job support & redeployment purposes.

When?
When an employee would benefit from assessment and rehabilitation if they are functionally impacted by a health condition.
