Aim of the session
To provide a safe space for staff to understand discrimination and acknowledge its impact, and learn about the different tools we can use to advance equality and foster a culture of inclusion in the workplace.
What participants will gain from the session
By the end of the training, participants will be able to:
- Understand the core principles of equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI).
- Recognise how EDI applies to roles and practice.
- Identify and understand common challenges and barriers faced by marginalised groups.
- Apply practical strategies to promote inclusive practice and advance equality.
- Access further resources and support for continued learning.
