
Recognising and Preventing Sexual Harassment in the Workplace

Aim of the session
To increase participants’ understanding and awareness of sexual harassment and its impact, what it is and how it manifests in the workplace.
What participants will gain from the session
By the end of the training, participants will be able to:
- Recognise sexual harassment and take the required steps for NHS Lothian to be an inclusive and safe space for all.
- Recognise the types of behaviour that result in sexual harassment in the workplace
- Uphold legal and ethical duties regarding sexual harassment.
- Reflect on the lived experiences of those who have experienced sexual harassment.
- Identify simple, practical actions to support inclusive and safe workplaces
- Access information about further learning and resources
