Corporate Induction (Monday and Tuesday)
- Format: The Corporate Induction will be conducted via MS Teams, complemented by some self-directed study.
- Manual Handling: This session will be held in person. Your team member will receive details about the venue and times at the beginning of the induction week. Recent university graduates who have completed manual handling training within the last year may be exempt from this session (proof of training date and level required for confirmation).
- Clinical Induction: Also in person. On booking, your team member should have received an email from the Clinical Education team with location details (mainly at the Comely Bank Centre or WGH). Note that parking is not available at these locations, but there are convenient bus routes.

Location and Equipment
All Corporate Induction training will be delivered over MS Teams. You will need a laptop, tablet, or computer for these training days, mobile phones are not permitted for these sessions. If you do not have access to these devices, please let your manager know and we can arrange for you to attend The Comely Bank Centre.
Timings
Please make sure to join the MS Teams meeting from 08:45 AM to ensure there are no technical difficulties. You will use the same MS Team link provided for the Monday & Tuesday sessions for Corporate Induction.
Completion Requirements
New staff must complete the Core Mandatory subjects by the end of their first week of employment to ensure they understand safety expectations. All other induction requirements should be completed within the first 12 weeks.
New employees are required to inform their Line Manager once they have completed their LearnPro Core Mandatory Modules and Essential Modules assigned to their job role. Accuracy and completion will be checked via the scorecard.
