Trak Training – Nurses and Midwives

CBC Clinical Induction – Nurses Trak Training

Trak Training takes place every Friday.  There are 2 classes per day 9.30am – 12.30pm and 1.30pm – 4.30pm across various sites.  Your Clinical Facilitator will advise your class time and site at your Induction week

  • All NQN’s must attend Trak Training to be allocated a Trak Account.
  • All previous NHSL Student Nurses must attend to be allocated a new Trak Account.   Previous student accounts must NOT be used!
  • Any previous Band 2-4 staff must attend so that the full Nurse Training is covered and any amendments to your Trak account can be done.

IMPORTANT!

Please bring a copy of your USERID form to the training so we can create your Trak Account after the class.  If you don’t have a copy, please still attend the training, and ask your line manager to submit your form via the e85050 portal to request your Trak Account.

CBC Clinical Induction – Midwives Trak Training

Maternity Trak Training takes place the Tuesday following induction week. 

There will be three classes running across various sites and your clinical educator will advise you which class you need to attend.

FUMS (Fast-track Update for Midwives) – 9:30 am to 12:30 pm

  • For those NQMs who have been students in Lothian previously and have recently used Trak

Maternity Hospital Midwives – 09:30 am to 12:30 pm

Maternity Community Midwives – 09:30 am – 14:30 pm

  • NQMs are required to attend Trak training in order to be given a Trak account
  • If you have had a Trak account as a student in Lothian, this should not be used
