The timetable states virtual, does this mean I need to come in or access from home?
Induction is running in a hybrid way at present. Some aspects will be om MS Teams and can be accessed where is best for you for example at home. There are some elements of clinical induction/ manual handling that are face to face so please ensure you check your timetable.
I need to change my date of induction, who do I contact?
If you need to change the date of your induction week please contact the person who booked you on and advise them you need to change your date.
How do I organise my uniform?
You can access the forms from the induction page. You should contact your line manager in advance of starting to complete these forms and book your appointment for the uniform room.
I haven’t received my pin and will be working as a Band 4 until I do, can I still attend?
You can still attend if you are awaiting your nursing pin number.
TRAK training, do I need to attend?
If you are a hospital ward based registered nurse there will be TRAK training on the Friday of induction. If you are not a registered nurse and/or hospital based your line manager will need to organise TRAK training for you which can be done via: loth.ehealthtrainingteam@nhs.scot
MS Teams link, how do I join on Day one?
You will receive an email with the link for the first day within your induction confirmation when you are booked on Corporate Induction. You will receive a reminder email the Thursday before your Induction week is due to begin.
