Discuss Practice Supervisor/ Assessor preparation with your line manager and download/ print Practice Supervisor and Practice Assessor Self-Assessment and Confirmation. ( This document is used for both Practice Supervisor and Assessor preparation)
Step 2
Complete the reflective self assessment for the practice supervisor/Assessor role(s), this can be found within Practice Supervisor and Practice Assessor Self-Assessment and Confirmation document. This will help you to identify areas for development
Access all the relevant identified learning resources from the Pick and Mix Learning Resources for Practice Supervisor and Practice Assessor Roles.
These have been included below in a table for your ease. Once you have completed the required learning
Step 3
Sign the relevant self declaration form this can be found in your Practice Supervisor and Practice Assessor Self-Assessment and Confirmation document
Discuss with your line manager that you have completed the relevant preparation, this should then be recorded on e- roster as skill. Reminder both Practice supervisor and practice assessor skills must be added
