NHS Lothian’s Practice Education Facilitators (PEFs) and Care Home Education Facilitators (CHEFs) will be supporting
- Clinical areas to implement the new NMC standards
- The transition to practice supervisors and practice assessors for all previous mentors, sign off mentors and practice teachers.
- The preparation of new practice supervisors and practice assessors for staff who have not previously held the role of mentor,sign off mentor or practice teacher
